Healthier New Year

So its the second day of the year 2014.  And like the rest of the world, I also aim to be healthier this new year.  I came across this site in flipboard and its quite interesting to discover some articles to stay happy and healthy.  

This list of 10 foods to fight stress is worth blogging about.  Just because all these are very accessible to me and i will have to remind myself to include it in my next grocery trip.

7th year

Its 2014! Unbelievable 2013 is over and another crazy year comin' up! 
Amazing as it is that i had survived, its more surprising to realize that this blog has been in existence for 7 years already! Wow!
Maybe this year i will get to write more.
